[ARC5] TS-62 tuner?

I also came across a rack mounted Ts-62 which seems to be a fancy UHF resonator can with front panel tuning rather than the usual 'knobs" for vertical mount unit.there are two N type connectors on the front along with a meter.Anybody know what this belongs to?
