    It would be easy to follow a prog oscillator with a CMOS divider.  I'm away from home so don't have my notes, but there are divide-by-16 and -by-32 chips that will give you sub-1 MC outputs.  1.360 MHz by 16 Will give you a clean, stable 85 KC.
