[ARC5] 80-40 Meter to Longwave Converter

Very simple 80-40 Meter to Longwave Converter 
for use with "Q-5ers" and other such sets.

The 80 mtr oscillator is at 3500 KC, 
so 80 mtrs appears at 15-500 KC
(15 KC is lowest for the Mackey so
 lowest tuning is 3515 KC).

The 40 mtr oscillator is 6900KC 
so 40 mtrs appears at 100-400 KC.

Have since built a nice version in a case run 
by 4 AA batteries.  Works good.
