[ARC5] [BoatAnchors] Really Spooky Signal on 20 Meters.

The ISM frequency close to the 20 M band is 13.56 MHz  The carrier if i remember correctly must be within +/- 7 kHz of 13.560 MHz.   There is enforcement by the way or requiring the equipment to be certified before sale.   Emissions can extend outside the 13.56MHz +/- 7 kHz band as follows:

| Frequency band | Permitted Emissions Field Strength |
| 13.560 MHz +/-  7 kHz | 15,848µV at 100 meters |
| 13.560 MHz +/-  150 kHz | 334µV at 100 meters |
| 13.560 MHz +/-  450 kHz | 100µV at 100 meters |
| 13.560 MHz +/- >450 kHz | 30µV at 100 meters |

The table above is from FCC Part 15   It also turns out you can radiate 30 uV per meter as measured at 100 meters under part 15 pretty much across the entire 3-30 MHz band with some prohibited notches on safety of life frequencies.

I just checked, Digikey carries both crystals and oscillators for 14.3MHz so that frequency is the clock frequency for some fairly common electronic devices.
Have you tried the standard trick of truing off your house circuit breakers one by one?

> OK, this is really weird. For weeks, the 20-meter phone
band at my location has had this wide-band pulsing
noise. Ran from about 14.240-14.330 MC 24/7. .........

There is an industrial-scientific band right next to 20 meters where this
glut of new technology is supposed to dump its garbage too.  But what the
heck, no enforcement, throw your garbage on the street!
