[ARC5] AVT-112 parts unit

Bob,


The RCA AVT-112 was` my favorite piece of gear back in the` late 
1950's!  I did one mod with mine that was simple and allowed use on 75 
and 40 meters simply by taking off a few turns of the PA tank.  
"Originally" the AVT-112 would work "stock" ON BOTH 3105 AND 6210  which 
were the two active air to ground aircraft back then.  The towers 
usually answered back on the 200-400 khz band. I used mine to work 
mostly 3825 and 3935 AM back then.  (3825 was New Orleans "watering 
hole" and 3935 being the "Hurricane net" founded`back in 1947 after 
thatv hurricane.  Ancient memories! Amazing little QRP AM transmitter.
