[ARC5] Tantalum Caps

It's good that they are forbidden- If you priced one , you would likely
faint!

I had to replace five in an ARC-72 power supply, the cost for those five was
over $300.00!

Lots of money for a capacitor that spits H2SO4 at you!

I guess that Tantalum caps have some desirable characteristics.  I tried
replacing one in a TS-520 with a ceramic and things did not go too well -
too much leakage, I understand, and that led to instability.  But "Wet Slug"
Tantalum caps are forbidden in Air Force spacecraft applications; I don't
know if they are used elsewhere.
