[ARC5] Mica Capacitor

I am not sure all Orange Drop caps are the same. This was originally
a trade name for a plastic and paper cap made by Sprague, who also made
the Black Beauty. They were intended for circuit board mounting. There
are later orange colored dipped caps which are not the plastic and paper
type. For instance the polypropylene caps I've used in several radios
recently are rather orange colored. Ugly is in the eye of the beholder
and I am more concerned with the performance.
