[ARC5] ARC-5 Lock-washers from McMaster-Carr

They'll be close enough, though for purists they are about .010" too 
large in outer diameter, and don't clinch around the screw like the 
originals.  The OD isn't a problem if you use the McM-C 3/48 screws, 
because they are about .010" larger in head diameter than the originals 
as well, but the loosey goosey washer ID means that they usually get 
slightly eccentric with the screw head when you fasten the screw down.  
There's not much you can do about the ID problem. Still, they are better 
than nothing.
