[ARC5] ARC-5 Lock-washers from McMaster-Carr

I just contacted one of the better fastener houses.  Min quantity 
typically 10,000 pieces.  Prices very good but.... They recommended 
McMaster-Carr for smaller quantities of #3-48 hardware.  I checked with 
Small Parts again but the #3-48 part numbers copied off the bags on hand 
from previously ordered stuff is no longer available, it appears.  Too 
bad.  But, your recommendation to go to M/C looks to be the best route, now.
