The w3pga site has other interesting downloads, too.
provides the Reflections book download.

  Entering
<http://www.w3pga.org/Antenna%20Books/Reflections%20III.pdf>http://www.w3pga.org/Antenna
in the location bar expands to http://www.w3pga.org/Antenna%20Books/
, which lists 15 antenna-oriented links, including The ARRL Antenna
Compendum, volumes 1 through 3.

Just entering www.w3pga.org brings up the club website, but I could
not find any links from it to the antenna page.

I was interested in reading Warren Bruene's article/correspondence
that started this hassle, but QEX references didn't help. They are
not available online. However, he also had an article in QST, "RF
Power Amplifiers and the Conjugate Match" November 1991 which is
available if you belong to the ARRL. Goto
http://www.arrl.org/arrl-periodicals-archive-search (but you need to
be signed in, first).

The QST listing was found in
http://qcwa70.org/truth%20and%20untruth.pdf By Jack Belrose,
VE2CV. I guess Walter Maxwell had some high powered individuals on
his side, too. Per http://qcwa70.org/E-M%20ESAs.pdf , it was a paper
presented at the 2004 QWCA International Convention.
