[ARC5] Buying the book Reflections by Walter Maxwell

I am a big fan of Reflections, but it's also important to point out that
Maxwell makes some fundamental errors (at least in the original; I don't
have II or III; maybe he fixed these errors in those later editions).
His statement of the maximum power transfer theorem is rather muddled,
and that leads to numerous degrees of wrong in a lot of what he derives.
Most of his wrong statements are right only in the case of the
ever-elusive ideal, lossless line, but the lossier the line, the more
wrong the statements become.
