[ARC5] Antenna for small yard

Well it's a long string because there might be a lot of readers who need to
fit an antenna into a small yard at very low height. It seems there are no
list members who have actually built such an antenna and matched it to the
milsurp rigs.

The yard is covered with 12" x 12" concrete pavers, so burying a
counterpoise is not possible. It is possible to drive a ground rod into the
ground at the outer corners, but a vertical antenna is not an option due to
proximity of tenants above.

A counterpoise running along the bottom rail of the fence is a good idea.
