[ARC5] Antenna for small yard

Once the feedline problem is solved an antenna can be made with loading
coils to adjust the electrical length.

No matter what he does he will never have a good HF antenna with his
limitations.

I'm 82. I've been retired for 20 years. I live in a 20X20 retirment closet.
At least it is on the 4th floor.

Probably about 12 years ago I made a 40M dipole about 6" below my ceiling.
It's good for transmitting on both 40M and 15M. At this location 80M is not
worth the effort.

But on 40M with SB-301 I have copied Russia, Japan, South America, and
Norway. I can copy the US East Coast (I am on the US West Coast) and the
Caribbean.

Does this person have a decent HF receiver?
