[ARC5] [BoatAnchors] Cloth covered hookup wire

Hi Arden,

If you look in 1950s radio catalogs, the Belden hookup wire of the time 
had 1KV insulation.  I bought some NOS 1 KV wire for output plate leads, 
but mostly use Military grade Teflon wire. probably 300 V.
