[ARC5] R-32 receiver

A friend recently got an ARC R-32 receiver in operation and is finding it to be an excellent 
receiver. He would like to find and attach some sort of dial to it. Anyone have any ideas how 
to accomplish this?

The receiver covers 108 through 135 MHz.
