[ARC5] unusual sounding key note from my BC-459

Some chirp is normal, but if you have too much there are a couple of causes off the top of my head.1) too much antenna coupling 
2) the HV power supply does have sufficient current for the power amps. I think you need at least 165ma for good stability.
