[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Carbon mic pops

     I thought the interphone used the same headphones as the radio. If 
this is so the phones were of pretty good quality. It was found during 
the war that conventional headphones did not have good enough 
articulation for accurate understanding of speech. New phones were 
developed which are actually of pretty high fidelity. Also, the older 
magnetic type phones usually have a strong resonance which would magnify 
clicks or pops.
