According to the pilot's manual, 25 Oct 1951 version, the T-28A normally was equipped with:

ARC-3
ARN-7, replaced by ARN-6 starting with S/N AF50-195
RC-193A Marker Beacon Receiver, replaced by ARN-12 in S/N AF50-197 and subsequent
BC-453-B Range Receiver only for aircraft AF48-1372
ARN-18 Glide Path Receiver
ARN-14 VOR Receiver
ARC-27 UHF comm

So, it appears exactly ONE T-28A came off the production line with SCR-274-N equipment installed. The aircraft for sale are T-28A, equipped with Wright R-1300 800 HP engines, not one of the more beloved powerplants around. For conversion into the T-28D attack aircraft the R-1820 1350 hp engine was installed, many of which came off of war surplus B-17's.

The T-28A is not a small aircraft but look at the assortment of lovely electronics ironmongery it carried. Imagine what that all weighed. No wonder it needed 800 hp to be able to teach student pilots the basics of flying. By the way, the T-28 has a wing that reminds you of the P-51 Mustang in terms of size and shape, but the airplane used universal round head rivets, not flush riveting; maximum speed capability was not of the essence!
