[ARC5] SG Keying of ARC-5 Tx

I still have one of those leg keys.  I used it in Feb 1963 at Stead AFB, NV (Reno) where I was attending USAF Aircrew Survival School.  I used it with my Gonset Twins (G-66B receiver/G-77A transmitter) on 80 CW to QSO with my newly licensed XYL (WN6DFR) back in Sacramento.  Still have the same key and same wife (now KA5BJS).

My uncle gave me his bug after the war.  He was radio operator on B-24s
flying "the hump" China/Burma/India theater of operations.

Also, in the 1930s, CW was a principle means of communication for bush
pilots in Alaska using straight key strapped or clamped to leg.
I have a book on this somewhere but can't find it at the moment or I'd cite
it.
