[ARC5] Operation of ARC-5 Transmitter

Using 26 volts dc on the filaments.  One lead on K53 is connected to the
Filament voltage connection on the back of the transmitter.  The other lead
is connected to the Key line.  Grounding the Key line should actuate the
relay.
