Cliff,

Short answer is Yes.  The oscillator (and resonance indicator) B+ line is 
separate from the amplifier plate and screen lines.  But you will need to 
jumper one set of contacts on the transmitter select relay K53 if you feed the 
necessary HV in through the rear connector.  Or if you plan to operate the 
relay, you could slip a piece of paper or other insulating material between 
the cathod contacts.  If you simply jam the relay closed (or apply 24 VDC to 
operate it), you will also ground the amplifier cathodes which would allow 
amplifier grid current to flow.  I'm not certain that this would hurt 
anything but better safe than sorry.
