[ARC5] Operation of ARC-5 Transmitter

I have the T20 transmitter 4-5.3mc and would like to operate just the
oscillator to run the calibration check.  Is it acceptable to do this by
powering only the oscillator and leaving the finals unpowered?
This one has a few paint repairs but appears otherwise unmodified.  I have
a dummy load if powering the finals at the same voltage is necessary to
avoid damaging them.
