[ARC5] FW: [TowerTalk] AN Towers

For defamation to occur it must entail the spreading of deliberately false
information with intention to harm a reputation.  It is relatively easy to
use words that avoid this legal definition and still communicate personal
experiences and opinions to the user community.  The letter is a classic
scare tactic designed to mute commentary.

This owner can't spell "counsel" either.
