You can test for leakage at different voltages easily. Remove the attachment screw of the can-to-chassis and slip a business card between the can and chassis, then apply voltage via a current meter.
Another easy test is to apply low B+ to the entire radio. If the caps are not leaking at 60V you will measure about 10mA draw.
