Probably spot welded with wire other than soft copper. We used these in the 50’s – 60’s in welded modules for missiles, VT fuzes, etc. Could also be brazed, but that is used primarily for hybrid designs and other 2 dimensional techniques.
Note that Lee Harvey Oswald was in the USSR in the early 60’s building radios on an assy line. Maybe someone has a radio built by him…?
