[ARC5] [armyradios] Russian radio construction techniques

Early version of lead-free  ; )

I've seen some GE power electronics modules which LOOK to be soldered but it's 
some super high melting point as a 900 F iron doesn't do a thing.  I had to use 
a torch.  All wire was teflon and all components ceramic.  This wasn't part of a 
heater, it was from a rectifier/inverter unit.
