Sibley says:
"VT-25: AKA CV603, 10.
VT-25A: AKA 2C25, 10Y
10Y = 10 with Micanol base; uprated to 15W, 8MHz (10 = 10W)."
10Spl appears to map to 2C25, 10Y to 2C23.
The 10Spl also appears to have been the 1602.
