[ARC5] Shuguang 211 tube

Can't comment from personal experience as I've never used them. I have been
told by several folks that quality of the Chinese tubes has improved a lot
in the last ten years, but who knows.

One thing I can tell you, the envelope size is maybe 10-15% smaller than
original. Have seen them at Dayton and elsewhere and, along with the 810s
and other repops, they're a bit smaller if looks makes a difference.
