[ARC5] AN/ARC-5 support for CW

Minor comment, in the early 30's when ARC was creating radios to assist the
Post Office in "getting the mail through", they were designing TRF radios
without CW capability because it was not spec'ed. They did have some MCW
capability but they were primarily intended for voice and nav signals.
