[ARC5] Transmiitters: Parameters?

I use a series cap on the output and a shunt cap on the *input* side of the
rollerductor.  I have looked at the harmonic spectrum of my T-22 and do not
recommend eliminating the series inductance from the tank circuit (i.e.
setting the roller for zero inductance).  I run my rollerductor at approx
50%.

I also employ a key click filter.  These transmitters need one.
