[ARC5] New in the Crate ART-13

Seems to me a fool's errand advising someone on the correct buy/sell prices
so he can make money selling it.  If he has no clue why is he doing the
deal?

Oh, I am not interested in buying that ART-13 myself.  I'm just responding
to a question to the gentleman who may acquire it so he can judge how much
to offer the current owner and how much to ask for it when he sells it.  If
he does acquire it to sell, I may be able to go take a look at it next time
I'm up in that area, which likely will be in the latter half of April.
