The 5-pin connector is a PL-156.  It goes to the antenna relay BC-442-A.
The 12-pin connector is a PL-154.  It goes to the modulator BC-456-*.

This can NOT be used with AN/ARC-5 transmitters mechanically or electrically, of course.  It'll work fine with ATA transmitters as well as SCR-274-N.
