[ARC5] More on Bashless T-17 Microphone Resurrection

The toner material is carbon-based, to be sure, but is far, far smaller 
particulate, not granules as would be in a single-button carbon mic 
element. Its more like a graphite substance. I really don't think one 
could reasonable handle the material?
