[ARC5] BC659 dummy load

Hi Robert - 300 ohm dummy load. Maybe a typo?
The AN-29C, extended is about a quarter wavelength long at around 28 mc.
98 inches IIRC. So the base impedance of that antenna would be closer to
30 ohms I think. No?
