[ARC5] Crystal tester.

The Heathkit TO-1 Test Oscillator is what I use for checking crystals.  Put
a counter to the output connector to measure crystal frequency.  It also
produces modulated/unmodulated RF signals for common IF frequencies
for alignment and it has a 400 Hz audio output.
