[ARC5] Crystal tester.

Actually, there were _three_ of them, covering 2.5kHz to 1100kHz (TS-537 
- TM 11-5052), 0.8 to 15MHz (TS-330 - TM 11-6625-536-14), and 10 to 
110MHz (TS-683  - TMs 11-6625-456-14, -40P,  and TM 11-5051).  The 
latter is curious in that it has bands for 10-140MHz but the tag sez 
10-110MHz.  They were made by Radio Frequency Laboratories in Boonton, 
NJ.  See attached photo.
