You're looking at the ones with screw terminals on one side and the solder terminals on the other side, I think.  The local surplus place has quite a lot of 2 and 3 screw ones, if I recall right, and possibly some 4 or more. Unused, but their bakelite looks "vintagey" instead of brand new.

Terminal strips is a common name, however that is term that gets used and abused quite a lot.  I think that "feedthrough Terminal Strip" is more accurate for what you want.  I have done a quite a lot of looking for them, both the screw terminal type and the solder tie point type.  They used to be as common as Rubik's Cubes but now are as common as Rubik's Cubes.  I finally found where I could find some 5 terminal ones, for use on BC-348 dynamotors and in the process found others.

They don't seem to have ones with just three connections but you should be able to modify what they do have rather easily.  And they are not very expensive.
