[ARC5] Who knows what "command set" operating frequencies are? (Rhetorical) Some useful links.

I have that information buried in the larger document and that is in a 
folder with other relevent, larger documents. I snagged a copy of this 
PDF and renamed it ("command-id") then placed it in the top directory 
for those radios. Nothing cryptic or obscure there. Now I can get to it 
quickly. Hoo is on first? No, Hoo is on second and Howe is on first. 
Never mind.
