Well, in my opinion, $150 for messed-with common transmitters is too much. Even 
considering our pretty much worthless modern "dollarette" (as another member so 
accurately calls them). I would have considered either one at $50, but 3 X that is simply too 
much, not to mention his shipping costs which raises the total cost of each to around 
$200.00.

Would YOU buy either one for that much, Robert? If you would, then you have far more 
loose change than I do, or have ever had.

Well, if I had ever had an opportunity to go to a hamfest, that is the first place I would look. I 
once found a replica audion in a dumpster. Sold it for $1500.00 to a collector who knew 
exactly what it was and where I had gotten it.
