[ARC5] 1943 VHF and UHF converters for ARA broadcast band receiver

Yes, they were radar countermeasures receivers.  Same function as the ARD, 
AN/APR-1 and AN/APR-4.  No special antenna was built for them, although 
there is a brief discussion about "if possible" using a resonant antenna mounted 
to favor the radar transmitter's polarization.  The claim was made that 
they could use the wire antenna(s) already installed in the aircraft.
