Be careful with concentric pot selection. I was looking for concentric pots ( here in the US) three years ago and everything I found was linear taper. If you wanted a combination linear taper for the RF gain and log taper for the audio gain the only possibility - besides outrageous good luck- would be finding one of the kits mentioned or getting a custom pot make to specification- the first option being unlikely the second option being very extensive.
In an un-completed project i was thinking of bring out control lines from the front socket of an ARC-5 receiver and building what would be a little a little flat control box that would sit on the table in front of the receiver during operation. I think i remember the RF gain line as well as the audio out line are connected to that socket. Your LM380 amp could be placed in the external control box and powered by rectified 12 or 24vav filament line. This method leaves the reciver essentially unmodified with the possible exception of disconnecting an un used front panel socket wire and replacing it with another wire

Gosh, I hadn't thought about those for yonks, but I looked in the
Jaycar magazine and found there is a range of 'double gang' pots still
available, albeit in a restricted range of values, so they're
certainly available here in NZ.
