[ARC5] ARA heater configuration

Hi Dave

Many thanks for that link to the SCR-274-N Manual. I googled many
times for ARA heater circuit and similar but found nothing. I must
have had a mental block and didn't think to search for the SCR manual
because I already have a hard copy of the AN/ARC-5 manual.

Have downloaded and saved it for reference.
