[ARC5] Source for #2-64 cheesehead screws?

Try a model railroader supply house. Many of these places have an 
on-line presence these days.

Do a Google search for model RR parts and supplies.

They use screwsas small as 00-80.    (You will need a magnifying glass!)

You may have to do a bit of filing with a jewelers file to get the head 
contour you want if a sock screw isn't exactly what you want. You can 
always "re-blacken" the screw after making shape changes.
