These are built like a brick out house and very stable. Cast aluminum chassis etc..
There is also a matching spectrum analyzer, panadapter, that goes with it and track the voltmeter.
I can't remember the model.

Many selective voltmeters, especially those that have SSB capability, were used as test instruments for microwave stations using frequency division multiplexing. Voice signals were transmitted as SSB signals on the baseband. Probably came from a microwave site.
My preference is the Sierra 128A, these have very steep skirts on the filters. We used them at our microwave troposcatter site in Thailand in the 70's.

The guy has it listed as a microwave device! I looked it up and it's good for 200Hz to 5 mhz. Obviously this person has no idea what it is.
Worse yet, all of the caveats he puts on it and the crazy price for a "parts" unit.

The Selective Level Meter I use for MF/LF/VLF is an HP-3586B.
