[ARC5] Ebay Citations: Item number only -OR- Full URL ?

As long as we are on this topic, I have no objection to folks posting a 
notification regarding some thing on ebay.  However, please, please, 
please identify what you are posting about.  Often one sees a posting 
like this:

*"Unbelievable!  See ebay  #987654321"

*It may be an issue with a listing related to price, or incorrect 
identification or questionable descriptions.   I may have an interest in 
it or not.

It would be so much more helpful if the post read:

*"Unbelievable!  See ebay  #987654321.  Seller asking $12,900 for rough 
BC-348."

*Then I can decide whether I want to look at it or not.   I appreciate 
your taking the time to bring the item to the list members attention, 
but please consider the list members time. Adding a descriptor is just a 
simple courtesy.
