Likely the troops mostly got S-29s or S-39s.  I think the generals got the
Zenith Transoceanics R-520/URR. Not a lot of them made (or plated that way)
either. Put that $99 plate on a regular Transoceanic and it gets way
more valuable:  $ 482.77 at the last bid seen at that site.
