[ARC5] SKN

Hi Mark, I worked two East coast stations on SKN, NC and TN, both on a BC-458A/BC-348Q, and a J-37, around 0600Z. Conditions were lousy thanks to old Sol. All other SKN contacts were west of the Rockies.

I made 17 QSOs during SKN with my SCR-274N, but didn't hear any WC stations on 40M.
A lot of those contacts were between 15 and 25 minute rag chews; I had a GREAT time!
My most memorable QSO was with W2QF who sent "SAW ARTICLE IN QST ABT ARC5 COMMAND GEAR HI MY GRANDSON IS HR WITH ME LEARNING ABT RADIO ES I AM USING HIS HAND ON THE KEY"
Wow! He was teaching his grandson about ham radio, listening to radios that were made before either of them were born!
