[ARC5] Suggestions Needed

Neon bulb source:
Every hot water pot I've purchased from Walmart and made in China has a
neon bulb in it.  The switch contacts are a bit too small for the power
draw and the heat tends to burn out the switch in a year or two of daily
use.  I harvest the NE-2 bulbs out of them. Other home appliances also use
the neon bulbs most of which are wired NE-2 equivalents.  It's one of the
few useful parts other than the power cord.
