As far as I know, they are used-to-be-common NE-2 neon lamps.  I’d be surprised if you can’t get them nowadays (but I have not looked for them).

I assume you mean the audio output transformer.  No ideas here - those things are pretty unique in size and shape. If you can stand larger ones, I’d guess you can find a reasonable substitute at AES, Parts Express, Mouser or wherever.  Exact impedance match to the original or to the 12A6 output tube is not needed.

OR, you can scrooge hamfests or yard sales for any All American Five radio and rob it’s transformer.  The secondary will be for voice coil, not earphones.
