I just heard yesterday that there is a "Ransomware" out now that scrambles
up everything in your computer until you pay them a fee for a key to unlock
it. The ransomware could be hidden within pdf files according to the note I
read. A hospital in Hollywood just paid $17K to get their computers back as
most of them were not usable at all. They ask for payment in bit coins and
of course are OCONUS. The article also said that paying does not guarantee
